This is our standard process for full website projects. Consulting, troubleshooting, quick fixes, and smaller assignments use a streamlined path shaped around what the work actually needs.

    Define the right path

    We meet to understand your business, goals, constraints, and what success should look like—then shape the right scope, priorities, and platform.

    • Discuss your audience, current setup, goals, and practical constraints.
    • Identify what matters now and what can wait.
    • Recommend an approach that fits the work rather than forcing a preset package.
  3. 03Agreement

    Quote & payment

    You receive a clear quote and payment schedule. Some projects are paid upfront; others begin with a 50% deposit.

    • Review the deliverables, scope, expected timeline, and responsibilities.
    • See the payment terms before any work begins.
    • Approve the quote and make the required payment to reserve the project.
  4. 04Delivery

    Build with purpose

    Strategy, content, design, and development come together around your customers and your business.

    • We work from the agreed priorities and keep the business goal in view.
    • You receive progress updates at the points where they are most useful.
    • Technical and design choices are explained in plain language.

    Milestone 1

    We show you the work, gather your feedback, and implement the agreed changes before moving forward.

    • Review the work at a meaningful, planned stage.
    • Share consolidated feedback so the direction stays clear.
    • We implement the agreed changes within the project scope.
  6. 06Larger projects

    Milestone 2

    For larger projects with more moving parts, we complete another focused review and revision stage.

    • Revisit complex features, content, or connected project pieces.
    • Confirm the work still supports the agreed goals and direction.
    • Apply the next round of agreed refinements before launch preparation.
  7. 07Release

    Launch with confidence

    We check the details, prepare you for launch, and make sure your new website is ready to work.

    • Complete the final quality, content, and technical checks.
    • Coordinate the launch and handoff required for the project.
    • Make sure you understand what was delivered and how to use it.
  8. 08After launch

    Keep moving forward

    After launch, we can help you measure, improve, and adapt through separately paid work unless ongoing support was included in the original agreement.

    • Continue with maintenance, measurement, improvements, or new phases.
    • Use the support already included when it is part of the original scope.
    • Receive a separate quote for additional work that was not included.

Payment structure

Clear terms before the work starts.

The size, duration, and nature of the project determine the payment structure. Your quote will always spell out the exact terms.

Paid upfront

Common for smaller, focused engagements with a tightly defined scope.

50% deposit

Common for larger or phased projects, with the remaining payment scheduled in the quote.
