01

Overview

Digital Dynasty Design ("Digital Dynasty," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit this website, contact us, request services, or work with us.

We aim to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily submit through a form, email, meeting, proposal, contract, or client relationship, such as:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, and business or organization.
  • Information about your project, website, technical issue, goals, budget, or requested services.
  • Messages, files, credentials, content, feedback, and other information needed to provide services.
  • Billing, transaction, and business records. Payment card information may be handled directly by a payment provider rather than stored by us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

Please do not send sensitive information, passwords, or private access credentials through a general website form. We will arrange a more appropriate method when access is required for a project.

03

How we use information

We use personal information for reasonable purposes connected to our business, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries and determine how we may be able to help.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, agreements, and project plans.
  • Provide, support, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
  • Communicate about projects, accounts, billing, support, and business matters.
  • Maintain financial, contractual, security, and administrative records.
  • Protect our website, clients, systems, rights, and property; prevent misuse or fraud; and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We will not use an inquiry to send unrelated promotional email unless you have consented or Canadian anti-spam law otherwise permits it. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

04

Sharing and service providers

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, project management, accounting, payment processing, security, backup, or form-delivery providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and may process it under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Some providers may store or process information outside Ontario or Canada. In that case, information may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the place where it is processed.

We may also disclose information when you direct or consent to it, when required or permitted by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

05

Cookies, analytics, and external services

The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. Basic technical data may still be processed by our hosting or security provider to deliver and protect the site.

Our contact forms use Web3Forms to process submissions and deliver inquiry emails, and hCaptcha to help prevent automated abuse. Form details are processed by Web3Forms; hCaptcha may process technical information about your browser, device, and interactions for verification. You can contact us directly by email if you prefer not to use these forms.

If we later add analytics, embedded media, maps, chat tools, advertising, or other features that collect additional information, we will update this policy and provide consent choices where required.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.

06

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain appropriate business and project records, or to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. Retention periods vary with the type of information and relationship.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. However, no website, email, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

07

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and limited exceptions, you may ask us to:

  • Explain whether we hold personal information about you and how it has been used or disclosed.
  • Provide access to your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Withdraw consent to certain uses or disclosures, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
  • Address a question or complaint about our privacy practices.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a requested service. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

08

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, website, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated where appropriate.
