Bring an established community onto a modern platform.
The previous Joomla website was well over a decade old. Parkview Meadows needed a new foundation for presenting its living options and supporting the residents, prospective residents, families, and supporters who use its website.
The work extended beyond the initial upgrade. New events, registration needs, family materials, and feature requests called for a site that could continue evolving alongside the organization.
The approach
Practical tools, shaped around real needs.
We developed the new website in WordPress with Elementor, ACF, and Gravity Forms. Our ongoing work brings development and SEO together with the practical tasks the Parkview team needs the site to handle.
- Presenting retirement living facilities, with a life lease condo listing system and a dedicated viewing-request form.
- SEO work focused on life lease residences and the annual golf tournament.
- Online golf tournament registration and event management.
- Publishing and distributing materials for residents’ families.
- Supporting ecommerce additions on selected pages, with much of that work still forthcoming.
CMS & staff training
Easier updates for the people who run the site.
We put substantial work into the WordPress CMS, using custom post types and structured fields to make routine changes easier for Parkview Meadows staff. In connected areas of the site, staff can update a content entry and have those changes automatically appear wherever that data is used, without editing each page individually.
This approach supports many parts of the website, with other pages still managed individually. It gives staff a practical way to maintain shared information while keeping the surrounding layouts consistent.
We paired that development with hands-on training: live screen-sharing calls and short walkthrough videos showing how to make common changes. As specific questions came up, we created additional videos so staff could revisit the instructions whenever they needed them.
01 — Retirement living
Help visitors explore their next home.
Alongside the facility pages, we built a life lease listing system that lets Parkview Meadows staff publish condos as they become available for sale. A dedicated form gives prospective buyers a way to request a viewing, connecting their interest in a unit with a practical next step. We also focused SEO work on these listings. In the months leading up to September 2026, the life lease pages received thousands of hits and helped Parkview Meadows sell available condos quickly.
02 — Events & registration
Support the community beyond the everyday.
We helped bring golf tournament registrations online and supported event management. The tournament page brings event details, player information, and sponsorship options together. These captures show the 2025 tournament; online registration is now closed.
03 — Family resources
Keep useful information within reach.
Our work also supports the distribution of materials that families need. Public resource pages give visitors a place to find important documents, policies, and other information from Parkview Meadows.
The ongoing result

Parkview Meadows now has a WordPress website supporting living information, community events, registration, and family resources. A structured CMS and practical training help staff manage routine updates. We remain in regular contact, improving the site and adding functionality as needs arise.
